I just wanted to tell you how beautiful the flowers were. When I walked into the funeral home tonight, I knew immediately which one was ours, as it look like none of the others...... I really appreciate your sales person taking the time to listen to my requests and to translate that to the florist doing the arrangement.

I wanted her flowers to be unique, like she was and not just the run of the mill ordinary funeral arrangement. She deserved the best because she would have always wanted the best for others and not herself.
